Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic and International Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

All orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped, delivered, or available for pick up on weekends or holidays.

Our products are in very high demand and often out of stock. Additionally, our commercial and industrial products are built to order. Fulfillment of such orders might take weeks or even months depending on the product. We will contact you via email or text once your order is ready to be delivered, shipped or picked up. We will provide picking up instructions, courier tracking number or shipping company information and reference number where applicable. 

If unsure of fulfillment time on your product or not willing to wait, please make sure to contact the company by phone, email or text prior to placing your order or latest within 72 hours of placing your order. Refer to Refunds Policy for applicable cancellation fees on any orders canceled after the 72 hours grace period irrespective of the reason.

Overnight 1-2 business days

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


All our shipments are insured to the full value of your order. While DewStand  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping,  if you received your order damaged, please contact us to file an insurance claim on your behalf. If and once the claim is approved,  we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Please make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is approved. Instructions on where and when to return the damaged goods will be send to you in due time and must be followed in order to receive a replacement.
